Auction Rules

• Bidding now open – Lots closing from  @ 19h00
• Time extension active – Bids in last 5 minutes will add 2 extra minutes (Anti Snipping)
• All goods to sell to highest bid with no reserve
• Proxy bids active – make use of proxy bids to avoid disappointment during peak times
• Buyers com 12.5% + R10.00 fulfillment fee (Vat inclusive)

How to sell on this auction

Events

• Only for Super-Vendors
• All Sales will have a listing fee of R10.00 per lot plus relevant sellers commission
• Packaging need to be supplied by the seller. Proper box that can be sealed, or heavy -duty see -through plastic bags, if goods are dropped and packaging does not meet E Hawkers standards cost will be added to the seller’s account.
• Withdrawal will have a 7-day waiting period.  This is to allow refunds ad returns period for buyers. Withdrawal days are Wednesdays and Fridays.  Withdrawal charges R10.00 applicable.

How to buy on this auction

• Auction open to all customers 
• Auction open to all active accounts, why is my account blocked?
  • Non payment of previous orders – all orders to be paid within 24 hours of checkout
  • Previous auction items in cart – all goods won on auction must be secured via a checkout within 24 hours of auction
  • Uncollected items within a reasonable amount of time from your collection points.
  • To unblock an account please contact info@ehawker.co.za all account related queries will be handled during office hours.

Refunds and Returns

• Please note refunds and returns will  only be issued on 3, 4, 5 star ratted items where the seller has provided misleading info.
• Refund queries will only be available for 7 days, long stay orders and collections after 7-day period will have no refunds as the seller will already have been paid out.
• Please take note goods collected by courier will void refunds and returns.

Checkout options available

• Roodepoort/ collection within 7 days – No additional cost added only commission applicable
• Roodepoort/ long stay 2 weeks Max – R10.00 added per product.
• Ready to courier – R35.00 added to prepare order for courier (Courier to be placed by buyer)
•  No Delivery

When will I get my goods

• Checkouts needs to be completed after all auctions before 9h00 the next day.
• All unchecked out items will be relisted at the sale price and accounts closed and blocked.
• Orders will be handled as soon as payment or proof of payment has been received.
• Collection of outside branch goods can take up to 3 days after payment or proof of payment has been received.
• Collection of orders of single branch – goods available same business day if payment or proof of payment has been received.
• Please take note that goods need to be collected within 7 days, additional long stay options available at extra cost. Please note bids will be blocked if time has lapsed for collection.
